Budget 2012-13- the expectation and meeting of it.
The UPA Govt. has seen lots of transitional waves that would have erupted the party and would have abolished the Congress forever from the name of politics. But what got proved from the activites of these people- Ye politiks hai Bhaiya saare bhed aur pench lagane padte hai. Humne etne saalo se desh chalya hai aur bahut sare waves dekhe hain..
Let me make very clear that I have nothing to do with the parties and politics but indeed with what I get on my Rupee spent(Kamana bahut muskil hai bhaiya).
The breeze of budget are already touching the nerves of people. Now this could be apt opportunity for Govt. to get a favor from the mass provided they should not leave the loops and holes to adjust the budgets in their own Bank A/Cs.
CONCERNS
"Food prices remained negative for the second consecutive week, falling to (-) 2.9 per cent for the week ended December 31, 2011. It was above 19 per cent in the corresponding week of 2010."
At one side if the food prices goes down the farmers suffers at the other side if it goes up the common mass suffers. We need to critically analyse both the side.
Govt. need to ponder on three things -
1. Capacity building- The investment and allocation of budget can be on the capacity building of nation that may include betterment of health and education, employment generation, boosting the efficiency of various industries(with various parameters like infrastructure, tax reforms, securities, easy way of setting industries and so on) etc.
2. Look for the attributes that leaves a big impact on rupee spent. Again this need attention on the basic needs of mass and efficiently meeting out of it.
3. The most important is planning the above two the way which could bring transparency in the system without any distortion. This will bring a sense of satisfaction and visibility of the work done.
I am not a big economist so that I can analyse and write a paper on it, neither I am having any data of the issues those were not addressed last time. A simple and clear cut funda is that Govt need to address the problem of mass and let the mass to see where my earning goes. May be someone else add points on this but this is what my mind have been busy thinking all these days.
